"Proper Decorum" Guidelines for Outcasts Members

"Proper Decorum" Guidelines for Outcasts Members
1. First and foremost, a member of the Outcasts faction should be humble at all times. There is no need to show one’s strength to rival or minor factions – it is best proven both on the battlefield and in real life.
2. A member of the Outcasts faction should be able to balance his or her time for gaming and in real life. He or she should not sacrifice important events in his or her life for his or her gaming – always remember, Granado Espada, no matter how exceptional a game it is when contrasted with other titles, is still a game and should not be taken all too seriously.
3. A member of the Outcasts faction is free to speak out his or her mind regarding issues concerning the faction and the happenings both in Granado Espada and in the Old World – but bear in mind that freedom ends when one steps on another. Always allow an open mind during discussions.
4. A member of the Outcasts faction is to know the history of the faction. He or she must take the initiative to learn, and he or she may inquire the senior members or read in the forums or in the blogs of members about this glorious history.
5. A member of the Outcasts faction is capable of both the individual and the social. He or she has to have self-reliance in all aspects of his or her gaming life. He or she must also be willing to help his or her faction-mates in way he or she deems as just – and be able to say no if he or she feels his or her generosity is being abused.
6. A member of the Outcasts faction is to observe proper and due respect to the faction’s leaders, deputy leaders and council members. He or she can voice out his or her grievances about the council members in observance with the second guideline – but in doing so, he or she should be tact in voicing out his or her grievances as a form of courtesy not only to the council but to everyone.
7. A member of the Outcasts faction is to be obedient to the commands of event handlers, especially in the Colony Wars and Faction Raids. He or she may suggest alternative plans that may deem beneficial to all in the said events, but it will still be the council in charge who will have the final say.
8. A member of the Outcasts faction is to be heartwarming for applicants and newly enlisted members. He or she should make sure that the newly enlisted be given good attention so that they will know and feel that they really belong to the faction.
9. A member of the Outcasts faction is to observe good control over his or her emotions. As a gamer, he or she should observe proper sportsmanship whenever he or she wins or loses – and always be proud that he or she did his or her best.
10. And, of course, a member of the Outcasts faction is to be proud of being a member. Rare it is for a faction to be able to enlist willing players merely by its name, without the need of broadcasting massive conscription messages. He or she should participate actively in-game, in the forums and in real life events. And remember, always be the best that you are, for YOU ARE OUTCASTS.
